The Task

Springbank Rise is a masterplanned community in the ACT. OBM's task was to achieve a target of 45 presales before any construction of amenities could begin.

The Solution

OBM recommended using a teaser campaign to target the local community. It was executed via billboards, street stencils and small space ads in the local press.

The minimal campaign only featured the strapline, "What new address is on the rise?" and the web address. The press and DM executions elaborated on the community in more detail.

The Result

The modest campaign delivered an impressive 99 presales - more than doubling the expected number for the launch period.
