TV launch for Delfin NSW
Two projects, Nelsons Ridge and Ropes Crossing were showcased to TV audiences in September 2006. This delivered:
• Brand awareness was measured and achieved a 10 fold increase after the first burst.
• The Delfin testimonial approach was re-enforced via print, press and outdoor.
• Strong sales achieved during market downturn.
Delfin – Lakeside Pakenham
Located in Melbourne’s outer east, Lakeside Pakenham is an address that offers a smooth mixture of urban and rural lifestyles.
OBM, with their client and research team, have recently re-launched Lakeside with the campaign line, ‘Where country meets contemporary’, summing up the unique lifestyle on offer at the address.
Sales have been revitalised and land is now highly sought after as a result.

OBM launched this address in April 2006 with a series of full-page ads.
The campaign delivered:
• Enquiry 238% higher than the objective
• Achieved significant brand awareness
• The campaign conveyed all the key benefits written to appeal to the local market
• Continues to achieve strong sales with all releases selling out.
APT (Australian Pacific Touring)
APT is Australia’s leading touring and cruising company.
For many years they have relied on retail advertising alone.
They asked OBM to create a new brand strategy, positioning line and look, as well as a branding campaign.
The campaign that OBM created has now elevated and distinguished APT in their extremely competitive category.
Commonwealth Government
The Commonwealth Office of the Aged Care Commissioner asked OBM to devise a logo to represent their services. The logo is to be used on-line, on printed material, electronic media and all stationery.
Delfin – Laurimar
Laurimar is a vibrant address nestled in Victoria’s Plenty Valley.
Recently, OBM created a retail campaign for the opening of Laurimar’s new Delfin Living Options Display Village. A mix of press, direct mail and outdoor advertising were used to gain significant cut-through.
The results were outstanding, with an impressive 1500 visitors showing up to the display village on opening day.
InBev
InBev is the world’s largest brewer whose signature Belgian brands include Stella Artois, Hoegaarden and Leffe.OBM has provided a broad range of creative and production services for these brands, including above-the-line communication, event management, on-site promotions, internal communications and consumer marketing.
OBM also created a range of material to promote the Australian heats of the 2008 World Draught Master, an annual beer pouring competition.
Delfin – Mawson Lakes and Mawson Central Business District
OBM was required to develop two campaigns to position Mawson Central’s residential and commercial offers to two distinctly different target markets.
A mix of print, direct marketing, online and outdoor advertising carried fresh creative executions to gain cut-through and resonate with both target audiences.
The two campaigns resulted in a significant rise in awareness and interest, with a 280% increase in enquiries.
Springfield Land Corporation
Springfield Land Corporation is creating a new urban hub, Greater Springfield, west of Brisbane. The Greater Springfield CBD features a 10-storey office tower, Springfield Tower.
OBM created a campaign to attract business tenants to the tower and raise awareness of the Springfield CBD as a business destination.
